Shipping and Returns Policy

Return Process


A.      All returns, whether by a Customer/Stylist, must be made within 15 days of purchase as follows:


I.        Email RETURNS@MAVERICKTHECOLLECTION.COM with your invoice number, a picture of the damage, if applicable and reason for returning. CUSTOMERS- please contact the stylist you purchased from so they may assist you.


II.      Ship items to the address provided.


III.     Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products or service.


IV.     Ship back product in the exact same manner as it was delivered, meaning the packaging should be the exact same.



B.       All returns must be shipped to the Company pre-paid, as We do not accept shipping collect packages. We recommend shipping returned product by UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance as risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer/ Stylist. If returned product is not received at the Company Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer/Stylist to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.


C.      If a product is received in damaged or defective condition, the Company will cover all shipping charges by providing a shipping label. Proof of the defective product must be submitted via photograph to our customer support staff. 


D. The refund shall be 90% of the purchase price, and shall not include the shipping and handling charges you incurred.
